A Must Have

I find this homework manual to be a powerful tool, not only for my small groups, but also for my larger group therapy. I'm finding that it opens the door for deeper discussions, where the door to honesty with oneself has opened as well. Also I find it to be most invaluable in the area of responsibility and accountability.

A Better Alternative

I bought this book to replace the second edition I bought in 2011, I found it to be poorly edited. This third edition appears to be better written and edited than the last, Therefore may continue to serve as a tool for guiding my groups discussions, and we'll have less to complain about now.
