Elizabeth Ellsworth is a member of the Core Faculty in The New School's Media Studies Program in New York City, where she teaches courses in media theory and criticism. She is author of Teaching Positions: Difference, Pedagogy and the Power of Address.

Is an excellent material to work in the university with professors to think about pedagogy and cultural items

I like this book. I knew some texts of Ellsworth in spanish but sometimes is better to read in the original idiom. I think is a very important text to think about the culture in general an its relations with pedagogy in the university.
